Robert Durston

Robert has been a driving force in the recruitment market since 1977, holding branch manager and executive recruitment consultant roles for ATA recruitment and Reed Recruitment. Robert co-founded the highly successful Durston & Marks Search and Selection in 1983, which he sold in 1987 to the Burns-Anderson Group.  In the 90's Robert purchased The Premier Group PLC and grew the company from £9m turnover to £54m turnover.

Robert has held non-executive chairman positions for a number of high profile organisations over the last few years and is now committed to infusing his wealth of recruitment expertise into the rps team ethos.
